In the event of a service cancellation after the contract has been signed, refunds are calculated based on the project’s progress according to the following stages: Stage 1: Early Cancellation (Less than 5% Progress) If a cancellation is requested before 5% of the agreed-upon timeline has elapsed, the client is entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid. Stage 2: Mid-Project Cancellation (Exceeding 20% Progress) If the project has exceeded 20% of its timeline, a 10% administrative and operational fee (based on the total contract value) will be deducted. Additionally, any external expenses already incurred (such as templates, software tools, or ad spend) will be deducted before the remaining balance is refunded. Stage 3: Advanced Stages (Post-Initial Phases) If the cancellation occurs in the advanced stages of the project, the refund will be calculated as follows: Deduction of the full cost of all completed independent services. Deduction of a 10% administrative fee from the total contract value. Deduction of all external purchases and operational expenses. The remaining balance, if any, will be returned to the client.
To maintain a professional workflow and high-quality standards, CRIVO Agency operates under the following payment structures: 1. Standard Payment Policy The full service fee plus all estimated external purchases (ad spend, licenses, etc.) are to be paid in advance. 2. Installment Option (Standard Projects) If a client requests a payment plan, the following schedule applies: 60% Down Payment: Due before the project commencement. 40% Final Payment: Due upon project completion and before final delivery. 3. Large-Scale Projects (Milestone-Based Payments) For major projects or long-term contracts, the payment is divided into four strategic phases: 20% Commitment Fee: Payable immediately upon signing the contract to secure the resources. 25% Execution Phase (Totaling 45%): Payable once the project execution officially begins. 35% Intermediate Delivery (Totaling 80%): Payable upon the completion and delivery of the next major milestone. 20% Final Settlement (Totaling 100%): Payable upon the successful completion of the entire project scope.
We ensure the quality of our deliverables by providing a dedicated free technical support period tailored to each service: Development Services: We provide a 30-day (1 month) free support and maintenance period starting from the delivery date to ensure performance stability and resolve any technical glitches. Advertising Campaigns: We provide a 7-day (1 week) follow-up and support period after the campaign ends to review final results and provide strategic recommendations for future growth. You can reach out directly to your Account Manager or via our official support channels during these periods to ensure peak operational quality.

Our policy regarding revisions is as follows: 5 Free Revisions: The client is entitled to up to 5 rounds of revisions on the selected design (provided that the revisions do not fundamentally change the pre-approved concept). Efficient Workflow: We encourage our clients to consolidate their feedback into organized rounds to ensure timely delivery and maintain high output quality. Extra Revisions: Any additional changes requested beyond the initial 5 rounds will be subject to a minor additional fee per revision.
