At CRIVO Agency, we are committed to complete transparency. In the event of a service cancellation after the contract has been signed, refunds are calculated based on the project’s progress according to the following stages:
Stage 1: Early Cancellation (Less than 5% Progress)
If a cancellation is requested before 5% of the agreed-upon timeline has elapsed, the client is entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Stage 2: Mid-Project Cancellation (Exceeding 20% Progress)
If the project has exceeded 20% of its timeline, a 10% administrative and operational fee (based on the total contract value) will be deducted. Additionally, any external expenses already incurred (such as templates, software tools, or ad spend) will be deducted before the remaining balance is refunded.
Stage 3: Advanced Stages (Post-Initial Phases)
If the cancellation occurs in the advanced stages of the project, the refund will be calculated as follows:
Deduction of the full cost of all completed independent services.
Deduction of a 10% administrative fee from the total contract value.
Deduction of all external purchases and operational expenses.
The remaining balance, if any, will be returned to the client.
